On your device. Your accounts, transactions, transfers, budgets, bills, goals and categories live in a local database on the phone. There's no Paisafy server collecting or syncing them, and no account to create.

No. You just install the app and start tracking, with no sign-up, login, or cloud profile. And because there's no account, there's nothing for us to lose.

Yes, fully. The app is offline-first. It only uses the network for optional features you choose to use: AI parsing, fetching exchange rates, and saving backups to a cloud folder. Even smart entry has an on-device fallback, so it keeps working with no connection.

The AI can parse text, receipts, bank statements and payment notifications into clean transactions, and can generate an analyst-style overview. When you use these features, the relevant content is processed by Google's Gemini models via Firebase AI Logic (Vertex AI), acting as our service provider, solely to perform the task you asked for. Your content isn't used to train its models.

The AI Overview and chat are built from an aggregate-only snapshot: no raw transactions, account names, SMS content or location are included. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Core tracking is free and unlimited, including accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, and more. Pro is a one-time lifetime unlock (a single in-app purchase) that removes the 5-bill limit, enables automatic daily backups, and opens the full insight library and All-Insights grid.

Paisafy is on Android today. An iPhone version is in the works.

You can export and import a full JSON backup of all your data at any time. With Pro, automatic daily backups write a dated snapshot to a folder you pick once: local storage or your own Google Drive folder (accessed through the system file picker, so the app never signs in to your Google account). The newest 14 snapshots are kept.

Yes. Import per-account statements as PDF, image or CSV, or share a receipt image to parse and match the payee. A preview shows the row count, date range and transfers before anything is added. Encrypted PDFs are decrypted on-device before processing.

Yes. Every account, budget and goal can have its own currency, and amounts carry their currency with currency-safe math. Cross-currency totals convert through live exchange rates, falling back to per-currency subtotals when offline.

You're always in control. Delete individual records in the app, use the delete-all option in Settings, or simply uninstall. Since everything is stored locally, uninstalling removes it. Any backups you exported stay wherever you saved them until you delete them.
